Before You Go

What Newcomers Should Bring

  1. A Pair Of Shoes

    You don't need top-tier gear — a comfortable pair of running shoes is enough to start.

  2. Hydration

    Bring a bottle or refill at the water stops along the way, especially in summer.

  3. Arrive Ten Minutes Early

    Get to the meeting point early to meet the pace leaders and confirm your group.

  4. Don't Fear Slow

    We have the slowest pace group too. The first time, finishing is the win.
